SMS Terms

By providing your phone number on our booking form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Nail Nook & More regarding your appointments. We send up to four types of messages per appointment:

• Appointment Confirmation — sent immediately after you book
• 24-Hour Reminder — sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• 1-Hour Reminder — sent 1 hour before your scheduled appointment
• Post-Visit Review Request — sent after your appointment, inviting you to leave a Google review; this message may include a link to our review page

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications
• After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages
• Reply START to any message to resubscribe

Service Terms

By booking an appointment with The Nail Nook & More, you agree to:

• Provide accurate name, phone, and email information
• A $20 deposit is required at the time of your appointment to reserve your spot
• Arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
